another culinary commentary

So, here in New Mexico we take our green chili pretty seriously. I'm about to prove that with a picture of our dinner a few weeks ago. Roasted green chili from the garden--just peel and eat. (Most people put it *in* dishes, and we do that, too, but sometimes it's so good you just want to eat it, just like that...) We also had some potatoes and garden tomatoes, and maybe even some meat, while the grill was fired up...
